littledeer64 Hi Wendy. I just got a reminder to ship the jeans... I sent both pairs out the day you bought them but only one seems to have made it to you . I have no idea why the other package never tracked . I let Poshmark know that I did in fact send it . Maybe it will still turn up .

be72 I am SO SORRY you received the wrong order! I’m so upset about this. I have been using the same postal service since selling on Posh and she’s been so good but unfortunately on my last order as well as this one she mixed up the labels. I’m very careful with the labels and when I give them to her to package and ship. I’ll definitely be changing mail services. Posh will charge me for reshipping so that you will be about to get your correct order. Again my deepest apologies.

kowalwendy @be72 I’m sorry- yes, you sent the jacket. My apologies. I just want to return the item that obviously someone else was supposed to get if you mixed the labels up. Has the other seller contacted you? I am sure they will! I’m canceling because now you will faced with sending something else out with another charge for shipment. I do not want the item now. Once I receive the label I will return immediately. Ty!

be72 @kowalwendy Awesome THX! Yes send the jacket out once you get the label as she still wants the jacket. I did tell Posh they could refund you for the top. I’m not sure how that works but they will explain the process to you through the open case. Again I’m so sorry you not only received the wrong order from me but from someone else as well. It’s happened to me as well but Posh is really good about resolving the issue promptly. Unfortunately accidents happen but overall it’s a great buying site.😊

be72 @kowalwendy Poshmark stated that you were emailed the label to send the buyer her jacket. If you have not received it you will need to contact Posh through the case you opened. The other buyer received hers to send you the top but again per your request I told her to donate it as you no longer wanted it. You should have received the label the same day we last messaged last.

be72 @kowalwendy I received the email from Posh on July 3rd indicating you both were sent labels. I have been in contact with my other buyer and again she got hers as it stated.

be72 @kowalwendy Well I tried to resolve this to the best of my ability and Posh quickly handled your case by sending out new labels to make a simple exchange with the other buyer. I understand you requesting a refund rather that the actual item you ordered but as I stated the other buyer is waiting for her jacket. I will contact Posh and report this issue. If you have sent the jacket please disregard this last attempt to communicate with u regarding this.
