Hi! I’m sorry you were unhappy with your purchase, but the sweater was from a smoke / nicotine free home, so I am not sure where the smell came from, but I’m glad you were able to get it out!

The beautiful thing about POSH is that you have the opportunity to make an offer. You have the option to decline. This is especially helpful for families with a budget. I also love most everything fom everyone selling...honest feedback has never been unwelcomed by anyone. Assuming positive intent is healthier than establishing false preconceived notions.

@emkate05 some people on here use Poshmark as their only way of making money to live. When you lowball less than half you dont think about all the work they put into selling or how much is taken away from them by the app, which is around 30%. You know how much gas costs? Well think about how much we burn when we shop for items and then we make a sale and then need to take the item to the post office.

Hey thank you for the rating. The length of the jean was mentioned to you multiple times. The photo also includes the size and I also directly let you know. For future purchases, make sure you look for the correct size length, sellers are not at fault for a mistake from the buyer.

@delamanchad absolutely right. She is hurting sellers with her unfair ratings. She gave me a bad rating for something a made clear to her prior to her purchase. Wish there was a way to rate buyers too 🤷♀️. Warning to posh sellers: she WILL give you an unfair negative review ‼️.
