Hey @wen_dar ! I was so sorry to hear your package arrived damp?! I kept checking in, and it seemed like it took an exceptionally long time to be delivered. I’m glad you were pleased with your pants + the little extras. You said the USPS re-packaged somehow...I was hoping you could tell me more about it. I want to make sure I do whatever I can to try to prevent any issue in the future.

@craftyallie It was so bizarre! They covered the package in sealed cellophane. It was completely demolished and damp though. It wasn’t the lotion exploding- it was like it fell off the truck and got run over them they sealed it up and delivered it!? We knew it totally wasn’t your fault and your special extra touches were so sweet!
