larslisa Hi! You just purchased a Chicos set from me. While wrapping it I noticed the black necklace cord is slightly fraying some loose little pieces. It looks fine but I wanted to point it out. reereescloset @tropgal good morning Wendy. It was shipped out from my local post office on December 2nd. I live in Florida too and typically all of my packages get shipped to Ybor city where they typically then get scanned into the system. From Ybor city they get distributed to regional mail facilities. I’m hoping that it will show up today miraculously, latest Monday. It was a two day label. I track all of my customers packages and I Can let you know as soon as I see an update

reereescloset @tropgal I sold something to a gentleman last week and his package on the USPS website said it was awaiting to be logged into the system and that message showed that way for three solid days and then the man gave me a five star rating because he said he received it so I got absolutely zero tracking on it. I know my local post office is extremely short on help and they are telling me it is like that all over the country. I live in a pretty big area and we only have two clerks at my post office

reereescloset @tropgal oh my gosh Wendy. I am so sorry about all of this. I have been searching for what’s going on and found I accidentally put someone else’s shipping label on your package. The woman received it and asked what she should do to get it back to me. I have contacted Poshmark support and am waiting for their response.

reereescloset @tropgal I believe Poshmark’s policy is that they will send a new shipping label to the woman that accidentally received it and she will forward it to you but I can’t be positive about that. Hopefully they don’t ship it back to me and the. I would send out again. A thousand apologies. I will let you know the moment that Poshmark customer support lets me know. I believe they will probably send you an email as well.

reereescloset @tropgal OK I have not heard back from Poshmark yet however in trying to do my own customer service iMessage the woman that received your sweater and forwarded your shipping label to her she had told me two days ago that she would ship it for me to you and I just got a notification that it has been shipped. Unfortunately she has not reached out to me directly to confirm this but I’m hoping that she did what she said she was going to do which was to forward it to you

reereescloset @tropgal I believe that she lived in Texas so that would be a two day shipping label so it should be there on Wednesday. I had wrapped it with wrapping paper and bows in a box and she said she was going to try and put it back together so it most certainly will not look like it did when it left my house unfortunately but she said she did not take the sweater out of the box

I reached out to her as well asking her to please ship ASAP. I will let you know when it starts tracking. Did Poshmark update you as well?

reereescloset @tropgal Hi again I am super frustrated I heard from Poshmark a few days ago saying they shipped a label to the woman that has the sweater I have reached out to her at least six or seven times with zero response, which I don’t understand because initially she was more than happy to get it shipped back out that was five days ago. Poshmark last told me if she does not ship it by the 15th that I need to get back to them. Their customer service has a lot to be desired. I am so sorry

She said that she dropped it off at a postal service location on Saturday but it’s just a location where you drop the boxes off she hasn’t received notification that it Started tracking so I’m keeping my fingers crossed we will see the tracking update this evening.
