kateandcoco Thank you so much for your purchase however when I was packaging up the shoes I noticed an issue with one of the buckles. The top buckle on the left shoe is missing the lower piece - it’s the part that holds the edge of the strap down. It doesn’t affect the wear and the strap is very secure. I’m happy to issue a full refund or discount the shoes to cover the cost of repair plus a little extra.

kateandcoco The cost to have a buckle replaced is around $25 in San Francisco. I would be happy to refund $40. Or cancel the order and issue a full refund. I am so sorry about the inconvenience!

kateandcoco @wendyfinn12 Got it! You should receive you shoes tomorrow or at the very latest the day after. Once you get them you will be able to “accept” the order. As soon as you do I will send you the partial refund. I’m sorry to make you wait. I’ve been burned in the past. A buyer can cancel an order, send the shoes back, and keep the refund.
