shopninjas @lynsiel0888 some people just need to update their payment information. When I see the notice I go into their bundle and comment “I accepted your offer, however it said you needed to update your payment info. Thanks. “. Sometimes the person will fix the issue and sometimes not. Let me know if you need help with anything else. 😊
