Hi there, I’m so sorry when I pulled the red gas bag out of my storage van somehow the leather had completely cracked on one side and I can’t sell it to you because it just doesn’t look right. It still has the tags on it and I’m not sure what happened but I canceled it because of that. If you see any other bags on my site that you would like I will work a deal with you with an additional 10% off for your inconvenience. Again I’m so sorry about this.

I'm trying to figure out why you still haven't received your purchase. The post office isn't giving me any information because I don't know your address when I called. Have you called to find out what is going on? Please let me know if you know anything.

I apologize that your Luminess Air Icon Airbrush System has evidently not yet reached you, but it appears that the post office has found it necessary to forward it to you??? Anyhow, I will try and check on it early next week if it still has not reached you.

Hi again, I just checked wit the post office and they are advising that I wait until the end of the week to see if it's delivered. It was explained that forwarded mail goes to a central processing center, and depending upon how backlogged they are, it could take a while for the forwarding. Grrrr... Anyhow, that's the update at this point.
