wendyjf1963 @beautymerchnco Hi and thank you so much for the great welcome. I'm just trying to make my way around and figure out how this all works. I don't have anything to sell but have found a few items I was looking for. I have to tell more of my friends about this site because it is truly overwhelming. If you find something you are thinking of do you just say yes you will buy it even when they're three different sellers. Are you supposed to barter? I haven't a clue what to do.

beautymerchnco Hi @wendyjf1963! No need to fear PM. I know it can be a bit overwhelming but once you get the hang of it you’ll be just fine! As for buying items... if you like something and wish to buy, find the seller you wish to buy from. Note: Pay close attention to the pictures and descriptions as some items are used and not brand new.

beautymerchnco Once you find the item you want you can do one of three things... 1) make an offer on that particular item and see if the seller accepts what your willing to pay. 2) pay price that the buyer has posted. Especially if it’s something you really want 3) You can “like” the item on different sellers stores and wait for an offer to come to you!

beautymerchnco You can always counter offer the seller if your not happy with the offer they present to you. However, I will say if it’s something you really want, you can always message the seller and come up with a deal before submitting an official offer to them or vice versa. If you submit an offer, they have 24 hrs to accept it. So don’t send out multiple offers unless you wish to buy multiples of the same items.

beautymerchnco Also, if a seller sends you an offer, you have 24hrs to accept or decline said offer so that the seller doesn’t sell that item from under you. However, if someone comes along and sees the same item that is offered and buys it outright from the same seller. You could potentially loose the item to another buyer. That is why I say if you really like an item from a particular seller, it’s best to contact them direct or pay the posted price.

beautymerchnco @wendyjf1963 No, unfortunately you’ll be paying two separate shipping fees. I forgot to mention you can also be bargain down the cost of shipping as well! You can offer a price with a shipping cost of either $9.99, $6.99, or free shipping. I don’t usually offer free shipping unless people purchase a few items or spend a lot on one big item. You can cut down on cost that way as well! Also as a new Posher, I believe you first purchase comes with free or discounted shipping.

beautymerchnco Hi @wendyjf1963! You can pick another item for their bundle if you want. Did they like another item from your closet? If they have, then choose that particular item. If they haven’t, then they probably only want to buy the one item. In that case, I would make an offer to them for just the one item for $20...

beautymerchnco ...You can technically pick anything from your closet to add to that bundle. However I have found that most people don’t like random things added to their bundle. That is why I suggest making an offer only for the one item. I hope this helps! Take care!
