jingbear @odsgirl hi, I actually no longer have the bag. I’m not sure whether there is a tag inside it, but normally Kate Spade purses do always have a tag inside. Hope it helps

vive_boutique @jingbear hi we inspected every item before we shipped, it is almost impossible for the buttons to fell off, do you want a partial refund so you can fix the button?

jingbear @vive_boutique the buttons didn’t fall off. It’s the beads that are on the buttons. 5 of them fell off just from one button. I have a lot of KS coats so I’m wondering whether this coat is authentic? It just doesn’t seem like it’s KS quality. Thanks!
