kfesenmaier Hi Wesley - Kirstyn with the Shinola watch you purchased. I apologize, I think there was a bit of miscommunication - I'm not planning on charging you anything additional. As I mentioned, when I was packing up the watch I noticed the battery is dead. I know Shinola charges a fee to swap the battery so I'm completely taking care of it, my message was just to let you know it would be about a week before I can get the watch shipped due to current battery replacement times from Shinola. Thanks!
