katieryane @whitneywshaffer Hi! I double checked, the measurements are the same it fits me. I have a good size behind and thighs (read curvy) and it works on me. Those measurement were taken lying flat. Best bet would be to measure a skirt you have in your closet to compare.

katieryane @whitneywshaffer correction: waist is 15 inches. Hips are still 18 inches. Waist to hem is 15 inches long. On the pink and green. Giraffe print: 15.5 waist , 18.5 hip, 15 inch length. Hope that helps you out.
