donsoileau that's great news about your dad singing the Lavender Blue song to you. l remember that song from around 1959 to 1965. Loved it then, love it now. And as far as Don from Gentilly is concerned, that's the neighborhood were I'm from in New Orleans, Louisiana my hometown but I now live in Stone Mountain, Georgia hence my referring to you as neighbor.
