chique_and_posh About BIRKENSTOCK sandals : Hi Whitney! I posted pictures showing the sandals from all angles and also mentioned that there is a scratch on the right pair just below the brandname BIRKENSTOCK. I appreciate, if you would check the defective area in the pictures. I will accept/counter offer after I read your confirmation response. chique_and_posh Hi Whitney, sorry to hear that. I will refund your money through Poshmark -if possible- or any other way, you would prefer. You may keep the sandals. As I mentioned before, it was a gift from a friend who lives in Europe and I confirmed the authenticity in a Nordstrom Store nearby as you could follow from my previous messages. Regards.

whitneymcm @chique_and_posh I realize that sales are final and I accepted the sandals- but it wasn’t until I wore them a few times I noticed the quality deteriorating. Would you like me to send photos as I realize you wanted to avoid this issue from the beginning? I’d also be happy to mail them back or even accept a discount? Assuming that’s acceptable through poshmark? I don’t want you to be inconvenienced. I also really appreciate your willingness to address it.
