pinar31 Hey Whitney I’m very sorry that the velvet blue wrap dress in medium you ordered from me didn’t fit. It was true medium to me fine ( so that’s why I didn’t feel need say it fit small) if your not happy with it please feel free to ship back . It’s gorgeous dress that doesn’t deserve a 2 rating! I wore it once and received ton of compliments .
