wostrander @rachael_in_nyc hey girl! I'm not sure what happened. I received the notification that the package was delivered but I didn't have any packages in my mail box or at the door. By mistake, I confirmed on the Poshmark app that I DID receive the package, so I reached out to their support to let them know what happened and they said my package was probably lost so they sent a refund to me and still authorized payment for you....

wostrander @rachael_in_nyc ...Oddly enough, in December I received a package for someone else for item I never ordered and it turned out the seller was someone who had shipped me an item earlier in the year and so their was an error with printing the shipping label or something -- maybe something like that happened. Anyway, hopefully whomever received the hair bangs enjoys them LOL! Take care!

rachael_in_nyc @wostrander so odd. Although anything I’ve ordered online in the past few weeks has shown that it’s delivered but not scanned as delivered and I haven’t gotten the items. It’s bizarre. I realize shipping companies are operating w skeleton crews now though.

rachael_in_nyc @wostrander I’m hoping there was just an odd mix up and it still comes at a later point for you. Yoga pants, sweatshirts and headbands to hold back our unwashed hair are staples w these stay at home orders haha. Well, I wash my hair but not as Much as when I was going to work 🤦🏻‍♀️ pleaSe be safe and well and I wish you and your loved ones the same in these crazy times. So sorry they haven’t arrived. ☹️ but I’m glad PM handled the situation fairly for both of us. ❤️🥰

wostrander @rachael_in_nyc yes! I'm really pleased with how PM handled the situation. And I was thinking similarly, shipping companies operating at a lower capacity. Haha! I bought the hair bands Because I was about to start training people more (I do personal training and operations management) and then we had to shut down our training facility with everything going on, so that's now on hold.
