waylandwa @kw8111 I live in a town of 600 and we only get mail delivered to the post office. They hold items as long as they need to but the office hasn’t been open when I’ve been off work to pick it up. I always like to see the item before accepting but they won’t be open until Monday. I’ll go ahead and accept the order.

waylandwa @swcowgirl oh my gosh I’m so sorry! I haven’t been able to get to the post office while they’ve been open to get my package so I didn’t know they were switched! I’ll reach out and try to see if they get back to me any sooner on what to do; don’t stress, I’m not worried about it and understand things happen!

swcowgirl @waylandwa Hi Whitney, - last night I sent poshmark administration a follow up email because I hadn't heard from either buyer. Did the other buyer ever ship out your skirt? And was her dresses ever shipped to her? About an hour ago I received email from Poshmark Ad. & they done a full refund.

waylandwa @swcowgirl I shipped it out the same day that I received notification about the new shipping label. I hadn’t had a chance to pick it up from the post office so I just slapped the new label on there and they sent it that day. Have not received the skirt and the email told me the chances of getting it aren’t high. I’ll let you know if it does come in

She has not replied back to me. She was quick to give me a negative review instead of opening a claim & shipping wrong order to you. Yeap she's keeping both orders.
