Hi Whitney, I discovered as I was packing your shoes to send them that they are 12s and not 11s. I am embarrassed, but I want to acknowledge my error before you wound up with shoes that are not the size you thought you bought. @katcrow oh my goodness, that is actually AMAZING. I have searching for 12s because the 11s are too tight. I had resigned myself to the 11, with an attempt to stretch them. The 12s will be perfect - a flunicorn!!!

@wquinn78 Oh my goodness…I am so happy!!! Yes, 12s are so hard to find. I love these shoes so much, but due to a foot problem I’ve had for the last year or so, I am not able to wear them. I am so thrilled they’re going to someone who appreciates their uniqueness!! Fl🦄 4 ever!

Whitney, I was so excited to receive your order. You can imagine my disappointment when I found a two problems upon final inspection. 1) small repair in the front and 2) a stain! I have tried to remove the stain but to no avail. Unhappy about that. I can either give you a further discount or I could cancel the order. Please let me know ASAP.

Hey Whitney, as you can see I canceled your order on the Bowden sweatshirt dress. I just couldn’t send out some thing that was damaged without you knowing about it first.
