rosestuff Hello ! I’m not sure how to message you directly. I sold you an item . I shipped it the same day , but it saying as of the 15th they tried to deliver it to you but they said it wasn’t a secure location and they left you a note. Did you receive that note ? And/ or is there a way for you to pick it up at the post office ? -Rose

carn12jac @rosestuff Hi-yes they tried to deliver it, but the notice they left says I have to pay $21.15 to get the package? So it’s now at the post office, which is only open when I’m at work, and I’ve tried to call them a few times. Poshmark advice in this case is to refuse it, then they can send you a new label, I think… The earliest I can try and get there is Saturday-do you have a preference of how to handle? Let me know-thanks!

carn12jac @rosestuff okay, I will get to the post office Saturday and see what they say. Are you finding the same info from poshmark, that they will send you a new label if it gets sent back to you? Also, I’m concerned that you may have to pay this fee if I don’t… 😬

rosestuff @carn12jac No they told me to let them know if the package wasn’t pick up by the 22 of November. But don’t worry they will figure it out.

rosestuff @carn12jac hi, they told me it was delivered yesterday but it wasn’t accepted, and is coming back to me. Do you know why? Is ok with me just curious what happened?

carn12jac @rosestuff hi-so, I went to the post office today, and it was still there. They should be sending it back to you now. I asked the lady why there was a fee and she said the box was the wrong size? No idea what it needs to be but she said there is a guide of some kind on the Usps site. News to me-I just use whatever box I have for shipping . 🤷‍♀️ in any case, let me know how it goes and how you’d like to proceed from here… thank you!

rosestuff @carn12jac ok, I didn’t know about that I always send them in the same kind of box the medium or large so I used the medium size small is too small never had any problem. Ok as soon as I get it back I will let you know in case you still want it.🙏
