caschryver @whitnie_sharp, apologies for having to communicate with you like this, but Poshmark said it's the only way. We finally were able to speak with the USPS regarding the damaged order (5ee30deccb23aa0771b86ff4 - Joy lab high neck sports bra) and they say that you must be the one to file the claim. It should be covered as it was shipped Priority and they automatically cover up to $50 and our order was only for $10. Please see what you can do on your end and let us know how we can help. Thanks!
