I’m all for customer satisfaction. I’d like to send you a check for $10 to have the purse cleaned. The purse had been cleaned but if it smells like smoke, I’d like to remedy the situation.

Yes it was cleaned a year ago at C $ D cleaners however they are not a leather professional cleaner.
I’m willing to pay for cleaning costs if you take it to a professional leather cleaner. I just want you to be happy. Just let me know the cost and I’ll send you a check.

C & D doesn’t offer professional leather cleaning but most dry cleaners do have this available.
