contact posh directly about the free shipping. sellers do not take out for shipping, posh takes it out of our selling price automatically. I'm guessing it was only a glitch in the system. I would think they would be willing to rectify the situation and reimburse you the shipping cost as advertised for a first purchase. I just wanted you to know that I personally did not charge you shipping 😊 I'm sorry you had a sub-par first experience but I hope you love the slides!
