maddlestone @wallen4319 Here are a few tips. Success with this app is about (1) building a critical mass of Followers. Look for Poshers who have 10,000+ Followers (like me) and Follow them, plus Follow their Followers, and you will be surprised at how quickly you gain an audience!

maddlestone @wallen4319 (2) Success is about getting your items seen by as many people as possible. To do this, make sure you Share, Share, Share. I try to Share 300+ other people’s items a day (usually over a cup of coffee in the a.m.). About 1/3 of them will share your stuff in return so your stuff is being seen you your Followers as well as their Followers. Also, be sure to share your own closet several times a day. Both these actions get your stuff more visible.

maddlestone Lastly, when people Like one of your items, give them a Direct Share with a special price. Directions are listed in the section My Posh Stats, then click on Direct Shares. Direct Shares and individual offers have been key to my success. Feel free to hit me up any time.

wallen4319 @maddlestone Thank you so much brother for your advice. I’m desperately trying to find alternative sources of income to pay for my medical bills. My job pays the rent and all but no health insurance put in in a bad spot trying to pay for these infusions. Cancer is a bi$&&. Anyways, i really appreciate all your input and I’ll work on doing this the way you advised. Thanks coach! 😉 seriously, though. I mean it.

Let me call or get in contact with Poshmark and see if we can get this straightened out I know we can but I need to know what the process is. I know I shipped out the dark colored KUHL shirt at the same time I shipped a green one out. I must have put the wrong shirt in the wrong box....

But I will fix this, and for your trouble go through my closet and pick something out you like that’s about the same price range give or take a few dollars, and I’ll give it to you. jeffinri I think you just printed the same label twice. I did receive the correct green shirt in a box. But I also received someone else’s package in an envelope. I opened the card first and it said Bob. Then I looked at the shirt and it was a gray Kuhn shirt.

wallen4319 @jeffinri OK, that makes more sense now to me. I do recall that day and was a bit rushed and having some family crisis around the house and I’m probably labeled both packages with your name on it. So you do have the correct green shirt you ordered?

This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit, if they no longer want the item, or if the item was delivered later than expected - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing….

wallen4319 If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or the item is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report the problem to us within 3 days of marked delivery by USPS through the app or on the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

I’ve already sent an email about this explaining the situation. I don’t know if they have people there on the weekends I doubt it but Monday I will be back on top of it trying to get you some answers if I hadn’t heard from them by then.
