artdecofanlight @shopneptune Hi- I contacted Poshmark Customer Support a few times now. A person named Nobby was going to contact Will for a new address and they had me send a screenshot of me contacting him. I also sent a picture of the unopened box. Still waiting for a response. Let me know if you get any response!

park11gray @shopneptune same thing happened to me!! I’ve messaged Will and haven’t heard back. When I try to download a new label it says they’re in the process of changing it and to check back. 🤷‍♀️ could someone respond once they get a resolution? I’ll do the same. Thx.
