dsmi084 Hi, you gave me a 3 out of 5 rating for those shoes due to not liking the fit. As a seller our rating is very important to us and that hurts a lot. They were like new, very low price and shipped same day. Please be fair on your ratings and not penalize the seller for a narrow brand as we can't control that. If you're unhappy though you can return them and get 100% refund including shipping. Do you want to return them?

lyrica_300mg @dsmi084 sorry! I was not rating the seller , about the shoes I like them and will keep them, I guess I wasn't aware of what my rating would cause. It was my fault for not reading your color description of the shoes, will gladly keep buying from you! I don't know if I can change the rating, I don't know how! with respect please accept my apologies!

dsmi084 @lyrica_300mg Thanks for taking time to consider it and no hard feelings at all. My #1 concern was I didn't want you to pay for shoes you won't wear. Posh is a great place to buy pre-owned items because of the return policy. Thanks again!

Also about my address I have received all my items at the same address for the longest, I don't know why they are saying that they can't deliver, that is not correct. thanks again!

jenmckie @lyrica_300mg Hi William, good morning. This was for the UGG boots, which were delivered to you around the day after I sent the note, so I was glad to see that. I scroll through my sales periodically looking for delivery outliers. If it happens often, you might check with your post office to see what (if any) the issue is. It may have just been a one off delivery slip. I'm glad they made it to you! - Jen
