drenelson On your order, it was an honest mistake that the shirt had a hole. Stating that “nothing” in the description is accurate was not accurate on your behalf. The shirt was new, but if there was a hole I missed somehow, you could have taken a picture and asked for a refund instead of accepting the order and then putting me on blast.

If you had contacted me, you would have found that I would have worked hard to ensure you had a pleasant shipping experience in my closet, by offering future discounts, free gifts, or a similar item as replacement.

nucleardad @drenelson partner regardless about the hole or not. That shirt was not new! I have been around long enough to know what a brand new shirt looks and feels like. That’s why the shirt was discounted so much but hey I’ve been married before, hasn’t been the only time I’ve been misled.

drenelson @nucleardad the shirts were not described as new. If you read my descriptions, it states that they are in “excellent” condition, which is PM’s language for an item that is not new, like new, but in used but “excellent” condition, with no holes or major flaws. All 4 items you bought for only $17, were clean, and in excellent re-sale condition, period!
