@willowl44 I do think they'll come out - it seems to just be maybe where some muddy water has splashed onto the hem. I wiped it a bit and some dirt came off, so I think it'll come out- - I just didn't notice at first and wanted to be upfront. I can ship it whenever if you're still up for it, and am also fine to cancel if that's what you would like.
