@wilmaflintrock Good morning. You are the first person I have seen on here from Townsend MT. We used to spend a month each year in Montana either Livingston or Townsend. Love Montana. My father in law(now dead) was the old fly fisherman in the movie A River Runs Through It. Happy Poshing!

@memas_money That is awesome! Well Townsend has not changed at all! Lol. The Timber Plant is closing this month so we will see how that goes. Luckily we have the Lime Plant. I was telling someone our town is 1200 people so I had to wait until Monday to mail their package, I’m sure now they are thinking I had to saddle my horse to get there! It’s almost true 😂 I’m sorry about your family. It’s still beautiful here if you ever want to come back!

@wilmaflintrock we used to go visit my husbands parents but they have been gone for years. I have been Flyfishing all over that state. I used tell my husband going over the mountains was like heaven. There used to be an old Cargil grain silo near Dillon and we dealt in business with Cargil. So my husband and I went from Livingston to Dillon to take a picture of it. Stopped along the way and played poker and drank beer with the cowboys along the way. Such good memories!

@wilmaflintrock Good morning. Keeping a closet organized is a lot of damn work to be honest. My suggestion to you first if all go ahead a list everything that you want to list so it’s all there in your closet. Then to organize say all men’s shirts together is to just share them all at one time and that will group them together. And to keep it that way you have to continue to share them all at one time that have not sold. That is the only way.

@wilmaflintrock that means each grouping would have to be shared one item at a time. You would think they would make it easier but that is the only way. As far as getting the signs for each grouping a usually copy from another closet but I do ask the people if I can unless I know the person. But if you have a sign for day men’s shirts you have to share that sign when you are sharing the men’s shirts

@wilmaflintrock I do try myself to keep certain items together say my jewelry “Touchstone” stats together so I share all the Touchstone at one time then my handmade I share all at one time then women’s clothing all at one time and so on and so forth. Depending on how big your closet gets it is. Sry time consuming.

@wilmaflintrock As you are sharing your closet eventually all the sold items will go to the bottom of your closet. All depends on how much work you want to put into it frankly.

This community is so supportive & helpful so don't be afraid to ask questions. If you don't want your questions in the comments, add an item to a bundle & ask there. @wilmaflintrock unfortunately it is cumbersome to do that but all Poshers have to do it so they understand. Price an item so that it has some wiggle room to give a discount or reduced shipping. Join some groups so you can “meet” people and they will share your items with people that are following them. That’s how you grow.

@wilmaflintrock frankly I spend 5 to 6 hours a day on Poshmark but I am retired and this is my business. You can do with this what you want to put the time in but the more you list the more you share the more you get involved will make more sales. Try to add new items each week do your followers will haha be new items to see

@memas_money also I just now looked at your meet my Posher... You look amazing and soooo young! I have two grown daughters and a grandson that will be 2 in June! I LOVE the snowsuit pictures! max ( my grandson) always looks like the kid from a Christmas Story when we go outside. He can barely walk. It’s hilarious!

@wilmaflintrock and lastly always follow new updated Poshers closets. Every day that is the first thing I do is go to Find People snd follow them. Most will follow you back and look at your closet. I get most of my sales from those people. I hope I have helped but come back anytime. I am not as good as most as I don’t know how to do the great split pictures. Change the fonts, etc but I do what I can and it works for me.

@wilmaflintrock Mild winter and they say no global warming right? We are having the coldest days of our winter this weekend. We have not had a real winter in over 10 years. Hardly have to wear a sweater anytime. Crazy. By the way my In-laws were the Richardson’s and they lived on Oak Street but as I said they died in 2010 and had been in a nursing home for several years before that.

only been here 7 years. I grew up in Helena and became a district manager for Walmart and moved around to several districts before I landed in Reno and I was there for 13 years. My mom has been her for over 20. I will ask her. What were their first names? My stepdad had been on the hospital board for years so if they were In The nursing here then he might have known them.

@wilmaflintrock Of course, the Fl is the 1st one I'm in and it's specific to Fl not that anyone is excluded of course. I'm sure if you go to fb there are one but I'm not on that. Mostly, you find them looking at closets and reading the "informational" listing poshers post.

@wilmaflintrock There's a dog lover's group. @gpuglove runs the listing and she has an amazing closet full of tips for new poshers. Other than that, as you browse closets you see follow groups, "games", share events. You just read the listing instructions and it tells you. So for instance, I'm part of a share/follow group with Care bears and you comment "sharing is caring" to join. (continued)

@wilmaflintrock I don't recommend "games" until you're less overwhelmed. It would be easier to answer questions about a specific group because they vary widely but mostly it's about supporting each other as we build our closets!🐚🌺

@wilmaflintrock looks like you are getting some good information. Most people are pretty much willing to help so reach out. My in-laws are Frances and Arnold Richardson. They moved from Livingston to Townsend. My husband wants to know if the Mint and the bar that has “Fish” in its name is still open. The pic on my youngest grandson is him in Park City Utah a couple of weeks ago. The other boy is my 12 year old grandson that we adopted. Man he keeps me going

@memas_money Haahaa! Yes The Mint is open I eat there every Tuesday morning so the Methodist Ladies group can play with Max and we eat there every Saturday with my daughter, grandson and my Mom. It’s the FishTale . I had a flower shop next to them for a couple of years. The original owners just sold it to new people last year.

@wilmaflintrock oh ok I will let him know. He went to those often. I remember I was going from Livingston to Bozeman with my dad one time and got a $ 5 pay on the spot speeding ticket going 95mph. Then another time driving from Townsend to Denver got a ticket doing 95mph which cost $20 on the spot. Great thing neither showed up on my Florida license. Wonder if they were legit. Lol.
