I was disappointed to see that I only earned 4 stars on our transaction, this is my first less than perfect score so i'm inquiring about which aspect of the transaction displeased you and warranted a less than perfect review. I want to become a better seller, I need to get the constructive criticism to fix it. As a seller, ratings are crucial to reputation and success.
