@wculver1 here's what I've received: Thanks for your email. We can see that we received your order at our facility on December 21st without a delivery scan from USPS. Due to increased volumes during the holiday season, as well as the impact from COVID-19 (including social distancing protocols and absenteeism), our authentication processing times have extended beyond the normal 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your shipment to verify your order.
