Good Morning, you had purchased a green wool trench coat from me, I see that you cancelled the order, and I had already shipped the item out. I am sorry for the inconvenience, mail in Delaware and surrounding Tri state area has been delayed for months, and I notified Poshmark and made them aware of this, and they have a notice to buyers that this may happen, smh,

Hi,
You bought some vintage Kate shoes from me and left a negative review saying I needed to improve. What am I supposed to improve? It seems that you were upset because they were more narrow than u expected. Vintage shoes typically run smaller than current day brands. A review on PM is meant to be of the service you received, not on the item, unless it was defective or not as described.
