knotes The quality of shoes that were sold to me were very poor. I've had flip flops that were more durable. The string broke off the front part of the shoe. These should not have been sold to anyone for the amount you were asking.

beautyinthings @knotes I will admit they looked a little cheap to me too. I do apologize and that was a big error on my part. I should not have sold them. Please let me know how I can make this right. Of course I will refund your money. I am new to poshmark and am not sure how to refund but will try. If necessary I will contact support. My truly sincerest apology.

beautyinthings @knotes I contacted poshmark and was told that the sale was completed and could not be reversed. I was also told that you would need to contact them with any problem. You can also look through my closet and let me know if there anything you like and I will give you the best price possible.

knotes Your offer is very considerate. Thank you for recognizing my issue. That's all I really ask for. The sandals were so cute in pictures but then right when I opened up the box I knew it was going to be trouble. I should not have worn them and followed my gut instinct.

knotes The only thing in your closet, unless I'm looking in the wrong place are a pair of shorts that are Brooks in size large. I would exchange the shoes but there aren't any my size nor is anything else really. The only thing that would work would be the shorts would you be open to that exchange?
