kearapdx503 @nkepaa45 I am not sure why you would report that there are 3 pieces missing from the Coach 5 piece set I sent you??? I understand it was a large purchase for you but it is not ok to try to scam your way into a refund. This is after you said you couldn’t pick up when tracking showed available for pick up. I went to office max bought a big box, wrapped all 5 pieces in bubble wrap, and made sure the presentation was nice with pretty paper and a card. No pieces were missing!

It looked like someone stuck there hands in to the box, tape was not even stuck on the box it was all stuck together pushed on one side of the box. Box was really messed up looking so items had to had fallen out in usps hands.
