Yeah those are the only ones I take literally they’re like jumper cables first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before your feet hit the floor you take them with water 20 minutes later you make a shake and slap on your patch that’s it repeat the next day. I don’t have my readers on and it’s late so I’m talking to text that last text was kind of jumbo lol

deslamm @wishaowensby FYI happy new year I gave you an extra day so you’re getting a four-day sample one of the shake flavors is apple pie if you have cinnamon I put a little cinnamon and it makes it so good also I sent you a holiday when it’s candycane flavored I like it like peppermint mocha I put a little spoon of sugar free Hershey syrup, or you can put Ovaltine or Nutella or anything -it’s really good with a chocolate happy new year

deslamm I got a message that your package was Delivered, yay I also included a few upgraded labels not just the basics I would start with the basics. And directions for the three steps; First thing in the morning before your feet hit the floor take the two capsules with water I would hold off on coffee first day, 20 minutes later make your shake, and slap on your patch. Repeat the next day, rotating sides of where you put your patch.

deslamm @wishaowensby Nothing just the color those are for energy and moon support they have the most amount of Adam caffiene I would start with the basic patches first I wear the tac patch or the black white I didn’t give you any of TAC (stands for Thriving Against Cancer five dollars of each box spot goes towards cancer research) because they already packed in my car
