@lovelypatricia I Have a quick question - what’s the best way to remove or minimize the stickiness of the red rubber that goes all the way around the bag and the handles? I though it was only on the handles but all of the red rubber has the sticky feel to it. Do you know what I can do to minimize or get rid of it? Thank you.

@lovelypatricia Hi! This one will be on me unfortunately. When I received the bag I noticed the handles were sticky but I just assumed maybe it was because the package may have been in a warm place as it’s summer and hot outside. So I figured it would go away once I wiped it with the wipes. However after wiping it did not go away at all. That’s my fault for doing things the opposite way around. I should have spoken to you first once I noticed in the beginning.
