It's VERY unprofessional to not contact a Seller, over something as small as this and then give them a "1" rating. Im a PM Ambassador and I have over 600 listings and had about 15 of those jackets. You might have tried starting out your message with an apology rather than trying to make this my fault. A rating can be changed at any time by the purchaser, if they so choose. hailiesdaddy @xan63 I hit "reply" instead of comment. Sorry for that as well. I just had back surgery and I'm on medication and just didn't think to go to "comment". I've apologized, told you you can send it back, not much more I can do, but I won't argue over a mistake. I'm not sure why you're so mad over a $35 purchase that you can easily get your $$ back. It was a simple mistake on my end.

hailiesdaddy Do you know how many items I have bought that weren't the right description or just didn't fit? Probably about 20. If it's under $40, I just keep it and add to my listings. I just received a pair of pants that I paid $70 for and they had a hole in the crotch, but I sent them back and just contacted the Seller. Sometimes things happen, esp when you sell as much as some of us. But never have I just rated someone a "1" and then just "went off on their feedback" because I was angry.

hailiesdaddy Start selling on here, get you about 500 listings, and 30,000 follows with 1000 more daily that continue to follow you and get to where you're sending out 15 or more packages daily. But some of your listings are duplicates (like the jacket) because you bought out a retail store. See if it ever gets to where you make a mistake. Then let me know.? Oh, and you have to also sell on Amazon and eBay, to add to the packages and inventory. Because that's what I do and I try my best not to mess up.
