pppammmela Hi! I am SO SORRY. I totally could not get the zipper on the jacket you purchased to zip up last night. So I tried to fix it - and yeah - no luck. I apologize for the hassle on this. You have an awesome closet and I’m sorry you had a bad experience with mine 😣

pppammmela @bathtime7 Hi! Yes, that’s all that’s wrong with it, the little metal piece at the bottom was loose and it was really hard to zip up. So then as I tried to fix it, and it fell off. I would honestly just give it to you if you pay shipping. If you want, I could list it so it’s just a couple bucks (but enough so Posh allows it for their cut).
