nancynanxiaodan @fairyyunfeng I don’t think I could find the receipt, am so sorry about that. I have submitted it to an online store they have gave me an offer, if it is a fake one they won’t do that. Let me know if you want to see that. And also I know you could bring the bag to your local Hermes boutique asking for a cleaning service, which they will authentic the bag first and then give you a quote. And also, the Poshmark will do the authentic Guarantee process before sending it to you. Thanks
