kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng ok It should be on the notice the post office left You can call them with the tracking number It said it was at the El Paso TX post office but then to deliver Las Cruces NM

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng so sorry you are having trouble getting it I know anytime I miss a delivery I just take the notice the postal carrier left to my local post office and they use the tracking number to get it for me

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng ok So take the tracking number (on the sale page from Poshmark-also on your email when Poshmark said they shipped to you) with you to your local post office and they can find it for you

xiaoxiao_cheng @kellycor nope.. I went to the main post office today and they tracked for me and said it should be at the post office near my home, and I went to there they tracked for me but got noting. Also my mailbox and front desk of the apartment did not get the package. I am so sorry.

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng oh that’s not good Well I suggest you contact Poshmark and so will I. I had sent it to Poshmark to authenticate and it was verified as authentic. They are who sent it to you. Poshmark is who mailed it as delivery confirmation- that is why the post office didn’t just leave it- I’m assuming they need you to sign for it. I’m sure the post office still has it. It says “redelivery scheduled” so they still have it. Hopefully it will be delivered to you tomorrow.

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng ** UPDATE** Good news I went to my local post office They looked it up by your tracking number (see you email shipment notification from Poshmark or your sale page info For tracking number They said your package is at area code 88001 post office —Las Cruces NM So go there to pick it up at the post office It has to be signed for because it was shipped with insurance since it is over $500 value

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng that makes no sense since my post office looked it up and said it’s there I’d go back to your post office tomorrow and tell them my post office tracked it and said they have it at that location On 11/19 And nothing else has been posted since then

kellycor @xiaoxiao_cheng Show then the tracking you have on the website and see what they say It also is strange that your front desk didn’t get the notice they left when you weren’t there to sign it - the tracking says they left a notice on 11/18 The tracking also says the customer requested for redelivery on 11/

xiaoxiao_cheng @kellycor 11/18 I got a email like’ notice left and pick up the package from the local post office’ but there was no notice or note on my door. I didn’t know where to go to get the package because we have many post office in town. Then I rescheduled the delivery online, I chose the pick up from the post office, they should have sent me another email or text like it’s ready to pick up. But I didn’t get any updates so far.
