shoptoendit Good evening. You recently purchased the blue Totes Coats rain jacket from us. Every item we sell is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before posting but unfortunately some flaw are missed. I really apologize but as I was packing you coat I noticed a stain on the sleeve and a button on front missing. I don’t know how this was missed and I’m embarrassed that it was. Would you like us to send it anyways or refund you your money? Once again I apologize for the inconvenience.

shoptoendit @ikeryxime1 it’s the second button down on the front of the garment. In the picture the model wore the belt up high and it covered the button. So I didn’t notice. I do have a photo. However I’ve tried to upload them to the listing and it won’t let me. Would you like me to email them to you? Or I can make another “not for sale” listing and tag you.

shoptoendit Normally if there is a stain we try and remove it before listing. But because it was purchased before I saw the stain I didn’t want to try and mess the fabric up. But at this point I can try if you would like.

shoptoendit I tried cleaning the stain and its wont come off. I believe its permanent. I don't think the jacket is worth much in this condition. However I can still send it if you want.
