@luvbug032407 hi I thought you were informed. The necklace arrived broken. I contacted customer service as my text/email wouldn’t go thru to you. The package was wrapped good. All I can imagine is something might have smashed it and since the beads were somewhat curved in the box it snapped. I paid quite a big price. I would like to keep it but I shouldn’t have to pay additional fees to repair it.

@luvbug032407 it was the lobster necklace and yes I did both times I sent it. It’s apparent their communication is poor. They sent another identical form letter with request so I send the information again I really don’t know what information was missing if any.

@dagsjammy you choose 2 or 3 pieces for no more than 40-42, and the offer is 18. We need space. We had an storage but when came Hurricane IDA we lost more than 50.000 in products and they didn’t cover for anything. We pay insurance for flooding but they said was God’s will and nobody did anything. Now we have all in the basement and we need space.
