urbanskandal @leofabi1 Hello. I'm unsure of what you mean by 'stains' on the heals? The shoes are not advertised as new/unworn but they definitely were not stained when I sold them. I have photos of the condition of the shoes and aside of VERY MINOR wear, they are beautiful. I would like to see the 'stains' you're reporting as well. I understand buyer remorse or changing your mind, however that does not fall in line with making an accusation of merchandise being damaged.
