forthefellas @placeinthesun thank you so much! I genuinely appreciate the poshmark community support it’s a whole new world. A very nice one lol! I actually do have a question. Does posh work like eBay should i wait for payment to clear before I ship? I don’t want to keep my customer waiting but I can see the payment says pending 🤔

placeinthesun @uppergetup No, the payment shouldn’t be pending. It should end immediately, but Poshmark holds the funds until you ship the item out. This takes 3 days, and the buyer has 3 days to accept the item and release the payment. Usually, buyers release the payment as soon as they received it. Send the item out as soon as possible. If there is a problem, and the payment does actually say “pending” (I’ve never had this happen) contact Poshmark support.

placeinthesun @uppergetup You don’t receive the payment immediately on PM, but it’s WAY more secure. I wish I could see what you are seeing since I’ve never had a pending payment. In essence, all payments are pending until received by the buyer. I hope this helps. If not, ask more questions, and there is a Poshmark handbook that is very helpful.
