@ally_marc i heard back yesterday morning they said they updated it and i tried again and it wasn’t allowing me so I sent them another email yesterday but still no response, Every time I try it says “sorry you cannot accept this order because there is an open support case. contact support to release tge sellers earnings “ and that’s what I have been doing since yesterday 😫
