chrisyg0526 @yaletl The pictures you sent will be reviewed to determine if it’s a valid claim. I can clearly see the snag in the picture so it shouldn’t be an issue. Once its determined to be valid, you will receive an email with a shipping label to print to cover the shipping cost of the return. I believe the refund will be issued once the return is completed!
