@mvm26 Hi Yahaira. Could you share what went wrong with your dress? The item can as described and was in beautiful condition. I packaged beautifully, shipped extremely fast, and stayed in communication with you. Posh allows you 3 days to approve & accept the item or you can open a case for a return which I would have preferred to endure your happiness. I look forward to hearing from you.

@kellegrey hello. I appreciate all the support and quickness with the shipping and responding to my offer. I was just a bit disappointed given the fact that the dress is way longer than it appears in the picture, it fits below my knees. You were great though

@mvm26 Thank you for getting back to me and clarifying. I am almost 5'8 and the dress falls above my knees. Are you perhaps shorter? I am always happy to provide measurements to ensure the clothing is the right fit. I appreciate you commenting that I was great and would like to ask you to consider revising your rating? @mvm26 Good Morning Yahaira. I wanted to drop you a note to see if you had had a chance to see my previous message? I was hoping that you would reconsider and change your rating? The rating system is to be based on if the item came as described, was shipped quickly, packaged nicely, & if the seller communicated with you. Anytime a buyer asks me for measurements I always provide that and gladly would have done so for you as well.
