tiradokristina hello, my name is Kristina I ordered from u the $130 package and received a wrong item. u offered a $30 discount to resolve it. u then claimed to have sent it thru cash ap and asked me to contact them. so I did and they said u sent it and canceled it before it left ur account. I am trying to get my refund of $30. please adjust this issue. u also asked me to close the claim and u would do it. and now I can't open the claim again also it blocked me from messaging u please send the $30 refund asap
