But I guarantee you it has never been used. I’ve shipped it on Saturday and it’s Tuesday night now and it is still not tracking, I didn’t get a chance to update you on the case, I was told I can not open a legal file complaint until it’s been 7 days since shipping, but my San Diego post office accepted my claim and said they will review it. I apologize for all the inconvenience it has caused!!! I am as upset as you are:(
