lanilanu Hi Yanara, my apologies for the inconvenience. To my surprise, poshmark is having trouble with the authentication of your purchase. I wish they asked for a proof of purchase to help with their process before making this assumption. If I had known I would’ve sent my receipt along with the bag however, I assumed their representatives would have better product knowledge.
