I am very sorry you felt unhappy with your purchase. I hardly get ratings below 5 stars. The 2 star rating you gave me is actually the lowest I have ever received, which is quite upsetting to me because I strive to be an honest seller and make my buyers happy! I saw the only reason you indicated was “other” and there was no other comment added. Is there any chance you’d be willing to know what went wrong so I can avoid this in the future?
