yanimarin19 @rosetattoo81 yes! I shipped them 2 days after the purchase and they have yet to start tracking. I’ve already been in contact with HQ and just waiting for their response. Those boots need to be verified by Poshmark first so they were shipped directly to them. I’m really sorry for the delay. The usps has been taking longer. I hope you get them soon!

yanimarin19 @rosetattoo81 well that is a complete lie. I have reached out to them 3 times. The first time they said to wait until March 23rd. I have all of it in emails. I waited till March 23rd and emailed them again on that day. And they never responded to that last email and then today I see the order is cancelled which is fine because you will get your money back but now I’ve lost a $2000 pair of boots. I’m very disappointed trust me.

yanimarin19 @rosetattoo81 I really don’t appreciate that they gave you false information. I have an email thread with them that dates back to a couple of days after I shipped the package.

rosetattoo81 @yanimarin19 I'm sorry if thats the case. they only have email, so you can't call and speak to anyone. they emailed me twice and both times said that they hadn't received a response, and to cancel the sale. I'm disappointed all around, the boots were a birthday gift from my husband. I waited two weeks in the hopes that they would start tracking.

yanimarin19 @rosetattoo81 I know. I’ve been trying to find a phone number too. This is sooooo frustrating. And I am sooooo sorry about your birthday gift. They are just pretty much ignoring me now and I feel as though they should provide some type of insurance because I don’t think it’s fair. If by any chance they end up getting retuned to me I will reach out to you and let you know right away. I was also looking forward to then having a new life with someone who could enjoy them. And now I’m just down.
